Lisa Moroni, RHN R.Ac
Lisa Moroni (she/her) is a dedicated Registered Acupuncturist with the CTCMPAO and a Holistic Nutritionist with CSNN, specializing in integrating Eastern and Western approaches to enhance patient care. With over a decade of rigorous study in Chinese Medicine and nutrition, Lisa’s expertise centers on women’s health, fertility, and now, oncology.
She pursued holistic wellness as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, further enhancing her credentials with advanced studies in Prenatal Nutrition at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition.
While studying Traditional Chinese Medicine at Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine, Lisa received comprehensive training in a variety of modalities such as guasha, cupping, tuina, shiatsu and dietary counseling. Lisa has furthered her studies into Orthopedics and pain management, Auricular and Cosmetic Acupuncture.
Lisa is passionate about TCM cancer support because it provides a comprehensive approach to cancer treatment, addressing not just the disease but also the critical aspects of managing side effects, maintaining nutritional balance, and supporting emotional and spiritual well-being throughout the cancer journey.
Lisa’s extensive background in fertility has uniquely positioned her to offer specialized support to oncology patients. Her understanding of Western Medical Diagnostics and procedures complements her expertise in TCM, allowing her to provide integrative care that addresses the complexities of cancer treatment. She is adept at managing side effects of conventional therapies such as chemotherapy and radiation, and she offers support for maintaining nutritional balance, managing pain, and improving overall quality of life.
