Chloe supports patients to ease cancer-related or treatment-induced symptoms, such as cancer pain, nausea & vomiting, fatigue, low blood count, lack of appetite, weak digestive function, diarrhea, constipation, hot flashes, peripheral neuropathy, dry mouth, cough, tinnitus, etc., and has also provided counselling and emotional support. In addition to cancer support, Chloe also excels in treating acute and chronic pain, emotional and sleep disorders, digestive issues, urinary and water metabolism issues, neurological, hormonal, autoimmune, and many other conditions.

Modalities she uses include: acupuncture, acupressure, cupping (ba guan), scraping (gua sha), gentle tuina, moxibustion, blood-letting, oral and topical herbal medicine, TCM lifestyle modification and dietary therapy.

About working with cancer patients, Chloe says, “I witness their suffering and struggles, and I help them cope with their challenges. This experience motivated me to make TCM oncology my main focus and career aspiration. I am passionate about TCM, because TCM’s health concepts and theories resonate with me deeply. I believe that TCM has a lot to offer in cancer care, but is overlooked, especially in western countries, where conventional medicine dominates the health care system. I hope that through our work, we can raise more awareness, acceptance and appreciation for TCM in cancer care, among both hospital systems and cancer patients, as well as promote a more integrative approach to cancer treatment and symptom management.”

Chloe is committed to offering safe and effective treatments, and has a patient-centered, ethical, compassionate, thorough, and professional approach to her practice. She has also embraced the culture of respect, equality, and diversity in her daily practice.

Chloe continually broadens her knowledge and therapeutic techniques, and is currently learning auricular acupuncture and seeding, foot reflexology. In her spare time, she volunteers in retirement homes to improve the overall health of seniors, especially brain function, mobility, and pain.
